The 2019 Victorian Labor State Conference will take place over the weekend of the 16th and 17th November 2019 at the Moonee Valley Racecourse.

The annual State Conference is the governing body of our Party. Delegates at the Conference vote for committees of conference, including the next President and Vice-Presidents, the Administrative Committee, Agenda Committee, Rules Revision Committee and our 14 policy committees.

All party members can nominate for these committees with nominations closing at midday on November 1 2019.

The agenda for the 2019 Conference includes an address by the Premier and reports from Ministers. Life memberships will be awarded to approximately 30 members. Conference also receives reports from policy committees and debates proposed rule changes and urgency resolutions from delegates.

The draft agenda will be available on 25th October.

In conjunction with Conference there are information stalls from various ALP groups and a series of Fringe events. The Expression of Interest form to conduct either a Fringe event or a marketplace stall is available here.

The Fringe Program will be available from 25th October.

Food and drinks are available on site and the bar will be open at the conclusion of conference proceedings on Saturday 16th November.

There is parking on site, while the nearest tram stop is two blocks away.
